Annual Road Trips

Since 2011 we have been organizing yearly Road Trips. We have had medical students, premedical students and engineering students accompany us to set up and repair medical equipment and participate in patient care. In 2011, 2014 and 2017, a lab technician from World Wide Labs accompanied us.  Our team members have set up laboratory and X-ray equipment, installed solar panels, done TB testing, transported critical supplies and medications, and designed simple incubators. They have worked and learned along side local doctors and nurses. They have comforted the sick and brought smiles and love to displaced children. They have born witness to the humanitarian crisis that plagues the eastern Congo and the suffering of its people.
