Since 1994 over 6 million people have died in the Congo due to ongoing warfare, disease and starvation
Project Congo is a US based charity, working to send food, medical equipment, supplies and medications to eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. We routinely ship and carry over critical life saving supplies to our partner facilities serving the refugee population and victims of crisis. Over the past three years we have shipped tons of new and surplus medical supplies and brought relief thousands of people.
Our partner facilities provide care to rape vicitms, nutrtional support to malnurished children, maternal/fetal care, pediatric care, and general medical and surgical care.
In addition to health care, we also implement educational programs, sanitation and infrastructure projects and economic development for women and refugees.
Mission Statement

Project Congo also wishes to raise awareness of the war in the Congo and the suffering it has inflicted on the civilian population. Goals Project Congo's goal is to provide life saving medical equipment, supplies and financial aid to our partenr hospitals and clinics and other locally based organizations, who assist the poor, and victimized in the Eastern Congo and central Africa.
